Since I’m obsessed with movies and TV shows!! And almost have seen every TV show that’s out there, which fits my preferences of course..  So I wanted to share my 10 favorite fashion-related TV shows of all time, that I think every fashionista and a fashion lover should watch!

1.     Sex and the city (1998–2004)

It’s the greatest TV show from the 90’s where it follows the lives of 4 beautiful completely different personalities and style wise women, yet very close friends. Who gossip a lot about everything from men to fashion. I don’t know if it’s the fashion, the lifestyle, or the city that makes you want to become one of them for even one day! It features Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, as a writer for a magazine and a free spirited fashion soul. It’s simply my Absolute favorite TV show of all times <3

2.     Ugly Betty (2006–2010)

The series revolves around the very famous herself, Betty Suarez, a Mexican American woman from Queens, who is sorely lacking in fashion sense. She is abruptly thrust into a different world when she lands a job at Mode, a trendy, high fashion magazine based in Manhattan that is part of the publishing empire of the wealthy Bradford Meade. Watch Betty's most exciting adventures in the fashion world!

3.     Lipstick Jungle (2008–2009)

Following the professional and personal lives of three best friends, all of who are top professionals in their respective careers. Victory Ford, is a fashion designer, Nico Reilly, is the editor-in-chief of Bonfire Magazine, and Wendy Healy, is the former president of Parador Pictures. These three powerful women are always there to support one another and navigate the crazy, romantic, and sometimes scary world that is New York City, but always managed to look their best while at it.

4.     Cashmere Mafia (2008–2009)

Similar in a way to Lipstick Jungle, it revolves around the lives of four ambitious women, longtime best friends since their days at business school, as they try to balance their glamorous and demanding careers with their complex personal lives by creating their own "boys' club" (The Cashmere Mafia) to protect one another and discuss their personal ups and downs as they try to have it all in New York City.

5.     Single Ladies (2011–2013)

Also in a way similar to the previous two, but what I love about these series is not just the story! We heard that before!! But the fashion, the style and the glamour! The series also follows the lives of three friends, Val, an aspiring fashion designer and a fashion boutique owner in "one of the hottest areas of Atlanta”, Keisha, a former hip-hop music video model, and April, an assistant to the record label's owner.  I won’t spoil it for you! Go watch it!

6.     Gossip Girl (2007–2012)

I’m sure every one of you have watched it, or at least heard of it! The series follows the lives of 2 girls from upper east New York, and their families and friends. The series have featured some of the best fashionable pieces! and most wanted ones I may add! Most of the pieces featured in the series ran out of stock as soon as the episode was out!! The series had its ups and downs, but the fashion was simply impeccable!!! And kinda reinforced for the downs.. Don’t you think?!

7.     Jane by design (2011-2012)

One of my favorite new fashion TV shows! But unfortunately it’s been canceled! Ughh I hate it when they do that! Ok basically the show is about Jane Quimby,  a teenager, mistaken for an adult, who lands her fashion dream job (Lucky her!!!).  Trying to balance her high school life and her job, juggling the everyday challenges of high school and the world of fashion.

8.     Pan Am (2011-2012)

This series is love! A drama about the pilots and flight attendants who once made Pan Am the most glamorous way to fly. It captures the fashion and the glamour of the 60’s, which is my favorite fashion decade! not to forget the drama! I always wonder how at that time everyone managed to look so good at all times, or so I think…  sigh

9.     The Carrie Diaries (2013–2014)

It is a prequel to Sex and the City, it follows the life of the teenage Carrie Bradshaw during her junior year of high school in 1984, while she’s exploring the wild life in New York and interning at a law office, which suddenly got switched to a fashion magazine. I love the story behind this show, and the book as well! But the series didn’t capture it quite well! I mean it’s good, but I just expected it to be better! Sex and The city raised the bar sooo high apparently!

10.  Ringer (2011–2012)

I don’t know where do I start! Well it’s a story about twins, who had very different paths in life, suddenly their paths cross when one of them suddenly died, and the other stole her life, husband, and all the wealth and glamour that comes with it!! Drama?! I know! And That’s what I love about it! It’s not like the other cheesy kinda drama, but a new and different drama that you simply can’t stop watching!

Now I wanna know what are your favorite-fashion-related-TV shows?! Don’t be shy! I won’t judge!
